No switching entries. Everyone must be registered and sign the waiver prior to participation.

Everyone will get a t-shirt as part of their entry fee. If you would like to buy an extra t-shirt, you are welcome to do that.

The purpose of the Squad is to support one another in the preparation for this 4K, working towards collective and individual health and fitness goals while building community.

This is an endurance walking/running event. You may choose to walk or run. You may choose to race. You may choose to compete against others or yourself. Your goal may be to reach the finish line. It's up to you.

Bag Check will be available from 8AM - Noon. All unclaimed items will be thrown out or given to charity.

A Squad Theme is your opportunity to be creative together, pep each other up, and show Squad Spirit.

Men In Black - The Squad is head to toe in black

The Wild Turkeys - Everyone has on a turkey outfit

Your favorite band, cartoon, cereal, etc.

The point is to have fun together. It may be cold in November - the week before Thanksgiving - so be sure to dress in layers that allow you to move well in your themed attire.

Yes, Squads will be created by participating walkers/runner, and you will be able to join open Squads to make new walking/running friends and join in community at the event. You will also be able to start a Squad and invite people to join.
