In 2022, seventy-two children, ages 7-12, will get outdoors and active with a 5-day/week, 6-week Summer Camp in July and August. Activities will include gardening, outdoor play, photography, civic engagement, literacy and public speaking, field trips, and more. Your support will give children in East Harlem their first opportunity to ride a bike, grow food, take photos and create an exhibition, learn how to speak up for themselves and advocate for their community, camp, explore their neighborhood and go on New York City adventures. All campers and their guardians will meet with our education coordinator to determine which wrap-around services are needed to support the child and family as a whole.
